Per RASCAL's foster mom: "Here's Rascal. His owner was out of work and down on his luck. He had been living in one of those motels that you pay weekly, but he knew he was going to be kicked out and had nowhere to go. He's had Rascal since he was 2 months old. He's now 6 years old. He's very shy when you first meet him, and he is very, very grumpy in a cage. He would prefer to be an only cat (since he WAS for the first 5 years of his life), and he is very sweet and lovable once he gets to know you.
