Sally

Sally came to us after we came across a post on Facebook stating that she was free and had to be gone that night. She was brought to us freely walking around in the car without even a carrier. Based on the user's post history giving away kittens, it is clear that Sally was being used as a breeding female and was now callously being discarded. Upon intake, Sally was so covered in fleas that she was extremely lethargic, anemic, and had pale gums. We're so glad that she is now ready to find her forever family in a home where she will be loved and cherished! After her rough start, Sally deserves the world. During her time with us, Sally's personality has truly blossomed. While she can be a little shy at first, she warms up quickly once she gets to know her surroundings and when she has a space to call her own. Sally does well with the resident and foster cats in the home, and even sniffed the resident pooch nose to nose! She would do well in a home with kids, cats, and/or dogs with a proper introduction. Sally adores the blankets in her enclosure, and will even drag them from tier to tier as she naps in different places. When you approach her, Sally rubs on the sides of her enclosure, seeking your attention. When she is out and about, Sally jumps right up into the laps of her caregivers while looking for loving pets.
