Welcome to Motley Zoo Animal Rescue. We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal rescue organization that is run entirely by volunteers. Motley Zoo does not have a brick and mortar shelter location. Instead, all our rescue animals are cared for in private foster homes where the animals receive one-on-one care and attention in a home environment until permanent placement is found. * Dogs: Simba doesn't mind setting boundaries! He is curious, but also cautious. With proper integration, we think he should be just fine.
* Cats: Loves making kitty friends! He isn't always sure how to play with them, but he is definitely interested in them:)
*Children: Simba is just a baby himself, so he will need to have supervision. Children 5 and older, please.

Health: Simba is healthy and active and ready to go! He has been neutered, microchipped, flea treated, dewormed, and is current on vaccines. Your adoption donation goes toward the cost of this vet care as well as transportation and general care costs. In addition, all pets adopted from Motley Zoo come with 30 days of free pet insurance provided by Shelter Care.
History: Simba came to us with his friend Fiona and we'd love to see them be adopted together, but it's not a requirement.
Notes from Simba's Foster Home: Simba is only 6-weeks-old and loves to play, explore and have fun!
Simba is so cute and playful, he could spend the entire day rolling around and having fun! We call him our little lion cub! He is a tad cross-eyed, so to us he looks more like a lion cub than a kitten:) He is eternally adorable! And his vision is not impaired in any way. He does startle easily, so he needs a lot of gentle love and lots of playtime to help him get over his nerves and teach him how to be a great snuggler.
Simba is adventurous and curious, and enjoys playing the game: "Hide and then pounce!" Simba can't wait to find a forever family that will give him the love and attention he deserves.
We ask that he be an indoor-only kitty.
