Turtle

Turtle is a 5-6 week old kitten (as of 6-1-05) who will be available for adoption shortly. Turtle is a grey tortoise shell female with a picture perfect kitten face - she sure is a looker! (Peppermint Patti, Peggy, and Angel Boy are her siblings also). Turtle is a wonderfully calm and loving kitten who recently laid upside down on her back in the lap of a 5-year-old child while the child gently stroked her tummy. Turtle's willingness to cuddle is probably a trait of from her mother, Smudge. Smudge willingly allows you to hold her in your arms upside down like a baby (Smudge also is available for adoption - check our site.) Turtle is also a champion at using her litter box. Turtle's adoption fee is $80, which will include her first set of shots, deworming, test for feline disease, and spay surgery at one of IDR's approved vets. Since she is too young to spay right now, a separate spay/neuter deposit also will be required of $80 (this check will be returned upon proof of spay). We are also encouraging adoption of two siblings together as the kittens are the best of buddies.
