Bailey is a female Feist or Rat Terrier mix who is estimated at 7-9 mths of age (5/22/06). Bailey came to the shelter as a stray to a very crowded, rural KY shelter. Bailey, though she looks bigger than she really is in these photos, weighs between 15-20 lbs. She is tan in color with white chest and she has a cropped tail, or a half tail, common to some of the Terrier breeds. She isn't expected to get over 25 lbs at full growth and she is an excellent size for a house companion. She is also very sweet and has a great personality. She is fine with other dogs and has shown little interest in the felines at the shelter. She would be a wonderful addition to any family!
