Barkley

Hello! I am Barkley. I was pulled from a NYC shelter as I walked the "final mile". I guess no one wants a senior beagle of 9 or 10 years with one blind eye. No one, except for my rescuer and the wonderful people that have been fostering me. They love me lots but they are just a foster home. Can you give me a few years of love? That is probably all I have left. I am neutered, vetted, up to date on all shots. My rescuer will even help with medical bills, should there be any that come up as a result of my eyeball. Due to my age, my compromised vision in the one eye and my unwillingness to share my treats (I am a beagle after all) I would much prefer an adult only home. A fenced in yard would be great but I am super on a leash as well. Did I mention I live with a cat? Other animals are fine as long as you have enough love and attention for all of us. Vet reference and home visit required. If you plan to leave me alone more than 5 hours a day, thanks for your interest in me but no need to respond. Thank you! Barkley
