This great Beagle is a senior sweetheart with a cute personality. She is an adult female who arrived at our shelter from the closure of a puppy mill in northern Iowa. Over 300 dogs were rescued from the kennel and our shelter is housing 20 of them. Bessie is approximately 8-10 years old. She has probably not seen a life outside of a dog cage. She is very sweet and lovable and just needs some TLC!
