Buddy is the only pup left out of a litter that was born in January. A mama dog strayed onto a property and had her babies under a shed. Since it was really cold out some of the pups suffered frost bite damage to their ears.
No one has adopted Buddy yet, and his foster mom can not handle him much longer due to her having several other animals and small children that keep her very busy. If a home cannot be found for him ASAP he will be put to sleep.
