Calzone

Calzone, or Cal for short, is just sweet as pie! He is a perfect gentleman in his kennel and then on the leash, as well. He was gentle when taking treats and wanted to show us that he knows sit and paw. He LOVES a squeaky ball and really opened up when playing with toys. It took him a few minutes, but with treats and affection he warms up and becomes accepting of pets. While he looks stoic, there is a serious cuddle bug underneath all of that. His skin discoloration is due to a flea allergy and is getting better with time since the fleas no longer exist. Calzone has heartworms but it's treatable and not contagious.
