DOB: 03/06/2020 Cara is a charming pup who first joined our shelter family in September of 2021 as a young, energetic puppy. Though she was adopted out once, she returned to us because her exuberance proved a bit much for the child in her previous home. Since then, Cara has been patiently waiting for her perfect match. Friendly and outgoing, Cara loves meeting new people, though her enthusiasm sometimes exceeds her awareness of her size – she's a robust sixty-pound bundle of joy! She would thrive in a child-free home or one with older, dog-savvy children who can appreciate her playful nature. Cara enjoys the company of other dogs and generally plays well with them.
