Casper is a male pit bull around 3-4 years old. He is completely deaf but that doesn't stop him from being the happiest boy who loves people!
Casper was rescued over 2 years ago from the ACC euthanasia list after being labeled aggressive. He has come a long way with his reactivity towards dogs, but would be best in a home with no other animals.
