Casper was rescued from an LA County Shelter. He is 5 years old and weighs about 11 lbs. He loves to play and follow you everywhere. He wants his new family to know that even though he is 5 years old he really feels more like he is 2 years. Casper is very loving and just loves to snuggle. He would make a great addition to any family looking for a great all around dog.
