After a whirlwind six months, Celia is finally ready to find a family and settle down. Back in January she was brought into the shelter after being found with a fractured back leg. Luckily she was accepted by the Fracture program at UC Davis and had surgery to repair the legs. But after 5 weeks of rest and recuperation, Celia had another surprise in store and delivered six puppies. She was a wonderful mom (three of her pups are still looking for homes too) and now that they pups are out of the nest Celia is ready for adoption. She is mellow, sweet, gentle and quiet. Fostered around cats, kids and other dogs, housetrained, good in the car/house/crate, she’s an easy keeper just looking for a mellow lifestyle and someone to love. Celia is about 3 years old, vaccinated, spayed, microchipped and heartworm negative.
