Instead of making him wear a belly band to keep him from peeing in the house (as we repeatedly suggested), we were called to pick him up. FOSTER OR FOSTER TO ADOPT NEEDED His first owner abandoned him and never once checked on him. Now his second owner has done the same. I don’t understand why this boy can’t catch a break. He has been failed by humans repeatedly. Now he hides under the bed all day and is really shut down. When he was here before he would love to go for walks and snuggle but not anymore. He just hides. ??. He is great with other dogs, probably no cats and older kids. Chance is a special boy bc he is very shy of strangers at first but then within a few minutes he’s fine, in your lap, loving the belly rubs and attention. He has been seriously mistreated in life so he is submissive and cowards and shows his belly when you got I pick him up Chance is now 8 1/2 to 9 yrs old if we believe the original owners info given.
