I'm a loving and playful boy who just wants to be part of a family where I can share my affection and be given lots of cuddles in return. I'm a bit unsure of myself sometimes, so I tend to look to my humans or dogs for guidance and reassurance. That's why I think it would be great to have another dog in the house to show me the ropes and be my best buddy! I have lots of sweet and playful tendencies too. You'll often find me rubbing my face and head on your legs when we're out on walks, hoping for some affection or maybe a scratch behind the ears. And when it's time to relax, I love nothing more than laying by your side, looking up at you with my sweet brown eyes, gently asking for some pets and cuddles. I love kids and am very gentle with them, so a home with kids or teens would be great! Speaking of homes, I'm house-trained and don't need to be crated, so that's one less thing you'll need to worry about. Overall, I'm a sweet and gentle boy who is looking for a forever home! She/He is currently located in Chicago's southwest suburbs and can be seen by appointment once an adoption application is completed and approved by the rescue. We cannot hold our dogs for any reason. Unless the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will only consider applications that are within 1 hour or 40 miles of Lemont, IL. This is due to the required vetting at our partner veterinarians. If the dog or puppy is fully vetted we will allow adoptions out of state or outside of our 1 hour or 40 mile restriction.
