My name is Charlie... My life began at Randolph county animal shelter. You see Tails of the Unwanted pulled me after being dumped there by my previous owner. I was scared of all things especially the human touch. My foster mom says I've come a long long way in a year. I'll need to have someone that's patient with me and will give me room. You must have another dog... I love them so much and I get confidence and comfort from them. I'm neutered and microchipped. I have all vaccines including my rabies vaccine. I have been heartworm tested and tested negative. I must have a fenced in yard. No electronic fence. I walk great on the leash.
