Meet Charlie. He is a little senior fellow who is a bit nervous that he is not with his mom. He was brought to us when she went into assisted living. He is very devoted to his person, and he is adjusting well in his foster home. He would be best in a calm, quiet, low activity home where he can relax and adjust. He is fine with other dogs and doesn't seem to pay attention to cats. He seems to be housebroken if taken out on a schedule. He will need some patience and time to adjust to a new life. He likes to give kisses and be near his person.
