Charlotte was dumped by her owner at our shelter after hours. How do we know she was abandoned.... Because the person that did this to their devoted dog, left a pile of food for her at our playground gate. In their mind, I guess they think that made this alright.
She was left heartbroken, confused, and in imminent danger of something bad happening to her before someone with a kind heart came along to help her. God placed us right where we needed to be at just the right time to get this dog out of harm’s way before something tragic happened.
Charlotte is a Momma to Rainy, also abandoned by owner near our shelter. She is kind and gentle. She is heartbroken about being left, but has come to learn that she is LOVED. And she loves us in return.
Consider giving her the family she always deserved all along. Charlotte is one of those special dogs that will thank you every day for the rest of her life for saving her.
