This puppy's foster family reports: This spicy lady is know as Chili Pepper! She's full of energy, loves cuddles, and requires LOTS of attention. Chili will be a great fur baby for an experienced puppy parent, as she requires lots attention and will need someone who will be patient with her. She learns quickly, but is very sassy and isn't afraid to let you know exactly how she feels.
