Chip is a young pup with tons of energy! He is spending his time in his foster home learning manners and how to be the best good boy. Chip was undersocialized as a young puppy so he needs a family who will commit to showing him everything in his world from a safe place. He is good with other dogs but has trouble reading signals so he should be with a dog who matches his energy. He is not aggressive, just overly playful.
