My Story

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. This is a courtesy post for Tibetan Mastiff Rescue, Inc. Please apply directly to them via their website. -- Coco - Tibetan Mastiff Rescue, Inc. (tibetanmastiffrescueinc.org) Meet Coco! Coco is a purebred Tibetan Mastiff. Please read about the breed before filling out your application. She is nine years old and is on the small side for a Tibetan Mastiff, weighing 85 pounds. She looks much bigger due to her glorious coat of fur! Coco has been great here with all the people she has met here, including some older children. She's a super sweet goof that loves to ham it up for the camera. Coco would do best in a quiet environment in a rural setting, where she can get regular exercise. She enjoys long walks and also loves running around in the snow. Coco must have a physically fenced yard. She walks nicely on a leash, and is very responsive to handler cues, but can be mildly reactive to other dogs while she is out. Coco does seem to re-direct her attention back easily to her handler and is also trained to walk on a gentle leader. Coco does not do well with other female dogs or cats. With a committed owner, she may be able to co-exist with another large breed male dog with a slow careful introduction. She is a loving and wonderful dog, with many years to give to her people. She listens well, loves to play, enjoys grooming and is generally a gentle sweet girl around the house. If all of this sounds like what you have to offer, please send in your application to Tibetan Mastiff Rescue, Inc. today! Coco can't wait to meet you! Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue microchips all dogs and cats before adoption. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue. The adopter's information is added once the adoption is complete. The adopter is responsible for a $19.99/Year registration fee or a $45.00/Lifetime registration fee to change information. Dogs and Cats still need to have collar with tags should they get lost.
