Meet Comet. He is a Schnoodle. He is 8 years old and weighs 25 lbs. His plight started when his owners moved from a house into an apartment and he was stressed, and he bit the older daughter when he ran under a bed, and she was trying to drag him from under it. It scared him. So, they took him to the vet to euthanize him and a nice lady with a cat rescue overheard what was going on. They had just weighed him to put him down! He needs a break and a good, loving home. We are hoping for someone that is home more than not. Someone that will be committed to him. He is not a huge fan of storms but does fine with extra attention. He is house trained. He needs an experienced owner and someone who will work with the training he has received. He needs to be the only dog if possible. He just finished three weeks of training and we will share the trainer's info to make sure you can work together. He needs an active owner who enjoys walking, or light jogging. He needs a seasoned dog owner and a strong leader. Applications to foster or adopt Comet are at codysfriendsrescue.org
