Copper

We recently welcomed Copper back to Wescue and hope to find him his furever home. Copper was surrendered to a county shelter early in the pandemic when his previous family could not care for him. Wescue volunteers got him to safety, took care of medical needs, and found him a good home. Unfortunately things happened and the family was unable to keep Copper. WSRH is a safety net for all our dogs and Copper is no exception. Copper is a 10-1/2 year old terrier mix who is typically happy but very particular about who touches him and when. He does best with at least one other dog in the home - he was known for suffering separation anxiety when he was an only dog. Copper would like an all-adult home. If you would like to offer this gentleman his dream retirement home, please apply. Copper has been vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, and recently had a dental. His suggested adoption donation is $250 and includes 6 months heartworm preventative meds, prepaid lifetime premium microchip registration, and safety harness.
