Cotton is the sweetest boy and outgoing and playful, although he has had a rough start in life he's going so much better.
Cotton arrived with demadox mange in the shelter in SC but has since healed he has now traveled up north to our rescue in nyc.
cotton is deaf but that does not stop him from learning, he's still very motivated and learns quickly with hand genstures. We would love to get cotton into a foster home or adoptive family.
