My Story

If you are seriously interested in an animal, we ask that you first fill out an application, tailsofrescue.org This will be the first step to gaining more information about the animal as well as allow us to know a little bit about you. Crow is an energetic and affectionate six-month-old puppy. Despite his young age, he already weighs between 55 to 60 pounds, indicating that he may grow into a large-sized dog. Crow possesses an abundance of energy and displays unwavering loyalty, always ready to be by your side. However, due to his size, it is advisable not to leave him unattended with smaller dogs. Currently, Crow has not been exposed to cats or small children, so his behavior around them is unknown. He is in the process of learning how to walk on a leash and acquire good house manners. Crow thoroughly enjoys playing with toys, exhibiting typical puppy behavior and a penchant for chewing. However, he responds well to redirection and can be directed towards appropriate chewable toys. While he is mostly kennel trained, it is important to remember that he is still a young puppy and may have occasional moments of puppy exuberance. If you are seeking an energetic and loyal companion who is eager to learn and be part of your pack, Crow may be the perfect fit for you. Spayed/Neuiterd, micro chipped, heartworm negative (if of age), dhpp shots, kennel cough vacs., and one year rabies is completed. Adoption fee is $350.00 We are NOT a first-come-first to adopt a rescue, the best fit for the family and dog is the way we do things. We do out of town adoptions often, but will not ship animals must come to Redding for pick up.
