Meet Daisy! Daisy is a sweet and gentle 8-year-old, 19 lbs small mixed breed who is ready to find her forever home. Fostered in Portland, OR, this white-colored beauty is the epitome of a laid-back companion. Daisy loves the comfy life—sunbathing and warm beds are her favorites. She adores snuggles with her humans and can’t get enough of those yummy treats. While Daisy doesn’t play with toys, she loves gentle scratches, especially between her ears. She’s a social butterfly who loves everyone—dogs, cats, humans, and even a leopard gecko! Daisy is very mellow with other dogs, happy to let them greet her while she does her own thing. She hasn’t been around children with her current foster family, but her gentle nature suggests she would do well with older kids. Although Daisy doesn’t enjoy long walks due to her hips, she appreciates slow strolls. Daisy prefers not to be in a kennel, as it makes her anxious, but she sleeps soundly on a dog bed. Daisy's perfect home would be calm and loving, where she can enjoy a relaxed pace of life. She has some mobility issues in her back legs and reduced vision/hearing due to age, but these don’t stop her from being a wonderful companion.
