"Dante", formally known as "Meeko", is a beautiful 4 year old Catahoula Leopard/ Great Pyrenees mix that weighs approximately 60lbs.
Dante was adopted from Dante's hope in 2020, but due to unforseen circumstances, he is back up for adoption. He has never been tested with cats, but does very well with other dogs. Dante is great with children, but he doesn't seem to realize how big of a boy he is, so he would do best in a home with older children. He's a sweetheart and loves to be the center of attention. He is also a star athlete, with plenty of energy and some great jumping skills, so a home with at least a 6ft fence is needed. He loves running in the yard and playing with other dogs and toys. He is a big sucker for stuffed animals and ear scratches.
Dante has some separation anxiety and doesn't do well in crates, so a home where he isn't alone for too long would be a good fit for him. He is fully house broken.
