Darlin came to the county shelter after being found injured by another dog. She had lived on a chain her entire life, and was vulnerable to other dogs in the neighborhood. Kerrville Pets Alive provided the medical care necessary to treat her injuries, and she is one beautiful girl now! We believe she is approximately 2 years old.
Darlin is high energy, and now that she has freedom, she is sowing her oats... She is presently at a training boarding facility, being taught just how nice humans and other dogs can be! She loves people and wants to be a lap dog when not running and chasing... She has lived with cats before, but has not harmed them, just curious. She has been spayed and is fully vaccinated and on heartworm preventative.
Darlin should go to an active family, with a fence and experienced in the pit bull terrier breed.
WE ARE A TX BASED RESCUE. DARLIN IS CURRENTLY LOCATED IN KERRVILLE, TX AND WILL BE TRANSPORTED UPON ADOPTION.
