Della is a 4 year old spayed purebred German Shephard that came to us at no fault of her own. She was surrender as their was a new baby arriving and the parents felt Della deserved a better home with more attention.
Della is a well balanced dog with advanced training and obedience. She is e collar trained for recall, knows English and German commands. Very high drive and would love an active new handler. She has the potential to be a working K9 should she find the right handler to move her forward. She would also be perfectly fine in a home with an owner that likes to get out and about to exercise her, hike or play fetch. Fetch is her favorite activity.
Della can also settle down and relax at the end of the day. She can be independent and entertain her self as well.
Della is not a dog for a first time dog adopter she requires a adopter that has owned German Shephard or Working breeds in the past.
