He is outgoing, affectionate, playful, and funny - everyone who meets him adores him. Even though he's always up for a good time, he is also trying hard to be a very good boy. Due to a lack of guidance while he was growing up, he does still have jumping and mouthing behaviours that he is working on. Dewey's previous home relied too heavily on crate-time for this boy, and as such, he is desperate to be close to people. He loves cuddling. His ideal home would have a flexible work schedule, or work from home. Dewey really loves to play with other dogs. One of his new home requirements is another playful, confident, young dog to help him work off a lot of his energy! A fenced-in yard is a must for this boy, as he has struggled in a condo environment, with always having to be leashed up for every potty break and outside time. He also loves a good game of fetch and frolicking in the water. If you're looking for a fun and furry addition to your family, look no further. Whether it's going on walks, playing in the park, or just hanging out at home, Dewey is always up for an adventure. Being a doodle, Dewey absolutely needs regular grooming to prevent matting. He has had a recent shave to start fresh. He is approximately 1 year old, neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and has received parasite prevention. His adoption fee is $350 + tax.
