Donate Dober Duds DIABLO. As you can see, at the moment this beautiful boy is very skinny, but will be quite handsome once he's back to a healthy weight. Diablo would be a top-notch choice for someone looking for a very intelligent obedience or agility dog. He is very social, really loves people & seems very eager to work/play with someone. He appears to be OK with other dogs on leash, although he is more interested in people. He is very food-motivated, but he can also be toy-motivated. He picks up on things very quickly & also has some pretty good self-control. He seems ready & willing to go when you are, but he is also able to settle down & relax when asked. He is a bold, confident dog who can be a bit pushy. If you like this type of dog, you'll be in love in with him in an instant. However, if you are looking for a low-maintenance, laid-back dog who won't ask a lot from you, he's probably not the right pick. The one "issue" that we've seen in Diablo is that he can be a bit mouthy (not "biting" or "attacking") but using you as a chew toy because this behavior was not broken as it should have been when he was a puppy. He can also be exuberant & want to jump/climb on you. Given his learning potential, these behaviors could quickly be eliminated with just a bit of work, however, we will not place him with small children due to this. Adoption Application
