Are you looking for a sweet older gentleman who loves treats and toys? Meet Diesel. He is an 8 year old pit mix that is happy with short bursts of play followed by lounging around. After years of living with a family he was dumped at the shelter. He enjoys walks, car rides, and being with his people. He is a treat machine and loves to go to the store with his foster family to pick out his treats! Give him ALL THE TREATS!
A perfect home for Diesel would include one with a cozy spot to relax, a doggie toy selection, and humans that are home more than they are away. He would love to snuggle in your blankets if you let him!
He does not require a fenced in yard and goes potty just fine on a leash. He is a fan of the summer sun and has expressed his dislike of the cold (we hear you Diesel!)
Currently living in a home with large dogs and is totally okay with cats as well! We think dog savvy kids or older children would be just fine for him!
