Dixie's friendly nature makes her a favorite with everyone. But Dixie's most endearing quality is her motherly love. She is the proud mom of two, Frances and Pauline, and her little bundles of joy are also waiting to find their forever homes too. Dixie's love isn't exclusive to her pups, she has plenty to share with the right family. So why not consider adopting Dixie and experience unconditional love at its best! Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family. Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs. K-9 Lifesavers will also cover the cost of spay/neuter at our partner vet at 6 months of age or reimburse adopter for up to the amount of our partner vet cost should you choose to spay/neuter at your own vet.
