Meet Miss. Dolly. She was one of the dogs brought back from New Orleans after Katrina. She is extremely well behaved, house trained, crate trained, good with other dogs and cats. She is very cute; medium coat, only weighing about 20 pounds and 2 to 3 years old. When we picked her up in New Orleans she was in the best shape both physically and emotionally of all the dogs we had. She had been rescued from inside her home by a search and rescue team more than three weeks after the hurricane. Her condition at that time showed us that, (1) she had been left a significant amount of food and water and (2) she was a stable little dog. Dolly likes to sit with you on the sofa and ride in the car. She is extremely affectionate and loves to play. Dolly is ready to settle into a forever, loving home. You must be in driving distance of Wooster Ohio to adopt Dolly.
