Double

Do you know how siblings can be night and day? It happens with other species, too!! Meet Penelope and her brother, Double! Penelope is outgoing and affectionate, and Double is shy and tentative. Penelope demands your love like Cookie Monster cookies, but Double waits shyly, sitting quietly, Eeyore-ing all day long, until you make the move to love him. Double is the shy version of Penelope; he is not the "Hi, I'm here!" in-your-face kind of guy, he is more of a, "Will they really like me?' kind of guy - he waits for your approval before he starts to show you love!! At almost four months, Double is an active puppy who loves squeaky toys - he is slowly learning what toys are, but quickly learning that they are the best. Because of Double's more tentative nature we would like to place him in a home that has a happy, well-adjusted older dog for him to learn the ropes from! We are not sure of these babies full background, but it hasn't been all sunshine and roses, for sure! Double inhales his food and requires a slow feeder. He is just starting to learn commands and to walk on a leash.
