We are a foster based rescue and need a foster home secured before we can rescue him! He was found abandoned on the streets of Puerto Rico ?? He is now safe and waiting to come to Connecticut to find his forever home.
We provide everything you need to foster, we just ask that you provide a loving home until Dredd finds his forever home! ?
