‘Hi I’m Driller and I’d love to tell you a bit about myself! Man, these past 9 months have been crazy, I was found abandoned at a construction site in May 2023 and a nice worker bought me a gas station burrito and gave me water everyday until I got saved and went to this nice foster lady’s home. She fed me regularly, gave me a comfy place to sleep, let me play with her dogs and discovered what a sweet boy I am! I was with her for 2 months before getting adopted in July 2023. My new home had two dogs in it already and I thought we could have so much fun playing together, but they never really warmed up to me which caused conflicts and my adopter realized it wasn’t the right home for me, so next thing I knew that nice foster lady was back to pick me up! I was so happy to see her, I couldn’t stop my wiggle butt. She took me back to her house, set up my crate just the way I like it with a comfy bed and blankets and is giving me time to decompress separate from her dogs. We go for 3 really good neighborhood walks a day, and I LOVE walkies, I get all the sniffs and fresh air and smile the whole time With everything I’ve been thru the last 6 months, I think my ideal home would have 2+ people because I love attention from my people and there’s always someone available for a snuggle! I’m not sure if I want to live with another dog again or not, the two dogs in my adopted home were bigger than me and not keen on sharing their human, so a dog my size or smaller that would like a friend could potentially work. Teenagers would be great to play with too, but no young kids as I’m still working on not jumping when I get excited, we can’t all be perfect! Cats I’m unsure about, the outdoor cats in my neighborhood intrigue me but I may feel differently about an indoor household cat, we’d have to meet and see. I’m estimated to be around 4 years old, I’m 55lbs and super fluffy, neutered, up to date on my vaccinations and microchipped.
