And they call it puppy love for a reason! Meet Duffi! This sweet, funny, lovable gal is 5 months old and ready for a loving family of her own. Duffi is living in her foster home with 3 adult Huskies, and she loves to romp and play with them and enjoys their company. Initially, she was a bit shy with them but quickly learned canine companions are fun! Duffi can also be shy and timid when first introduced to people, but she gets over her shyness quite quickly and will be your shadow and best buddy. She can be vocal in the morning, wooing for breakfast, pets, and attention. It’s adorable. She is crate-trained and potty-trained. We do not know how she would react to cats or other small animals. We believe she would do well with children, given her age and demeanor. She is learning leash manners, but it is the perfect age for training and maybe an obedience class to get her on the path to a lifetime of good behavior and listening. We think the perfect family or person for Duffi is one who is active and can keep up with her puppy energy. One that is willing to train her for at least the basics, but we think she has the smarts to excel with special tasks and tricks. A family or person that will include her in their daily life travels, and adventures and help her overcome her shyness. And maybe, most importantly, one that will love and appreciate her for the sweet, lovable goofball she is! She’s gonna be a great dog!
