Meet Sweet Baby Duncan,
This poor baby boy was found abandoned at a park in MS with an old ratty flea collar around his neck. This baby is so scared and has no idea why people would leave him in the heat to die. It just breaks my heart to think people are capable of doing this.
Duncan is a young boy and doesn’t deserve to be in this scary place alone in a cage.
