Thank you. ------------------------------------------------------ Fostered in St. Mary's, Ontario Eli is a male Doberman Pinscher mix. He is 10 months old, and currently weighs about 40 lbs. He is just an all around lovable sweetie. He is willing to please and is very attentive. Eli sleeps in his crate without a word out of him. He shows no aggression or fear when he meets new dogs and people. During down time, he will lie down beside my chair. Eli does walk well on his leash but mostly he likes to run outside in a fenced in backyard. He is treat motivated, so his recall can be reinforced with them. Eli likes to play with his foster fur sibling. He is well crate trained, as well as mostly house trained, as long as you watch for his signals. Eli has not been exposed to kids, so we're not sure how he would be, but he's been fine meeting new people. He may be okay in an apartment, although he might bark. He is a counter surfer so food stuffs will need to be put away out of reach. Another dog in the home would be best as he just loves the dogs in his foster home. However, if his people were home most of the time, he may be okay as an only dog.
