Despite being his by car and now looking for a place to call home, Elijah is full of joy. He's one of the happiest pups you'll ever meet and he craves love and attention. And when he's excited, he get the zoomies and does a dance with his little legs. Elijah loves spending time with kid friends and dog friends alike.
