Elizabeth (Lizzy) – 1 year old, located in TN Rescue ID#: 240331-P-B-TN Intake Date: 3/7/2024 Available Date: 3/23/2024 Elizabeth, also known as Lizzy, is a sweet little girl just looking for a loving home! Lizzy didn’t have it easy growing up and as such will need a house that is willing to be patient to earn her love. She is shy and scares easily but when she is invited to snuggle in bed though, she loves the attention! Lizzy loves the safety of her crate and will spend time in there when she feels overwhelmed. She’s recently started coming out of the crate more and more to explore what everyone else is up to and spending time with the rest of the family. She has learned that coming in the kitchen for breakfast and dinner is ok. We’re still working on house breaking but she does well in her crate without any accidents at night or during the day. She has started to take treats from the hand. When Elizabeth climbs up on the bed though, she’s a sweetheart! She likes to reach her little nose up for scratches on the top of her head and will peacefully sleep through the night.
