Elka is the lovliest little dog. She gets along with children and people of all ages. She walks well on the leash and loves to strut and swish her beautiful tail from side to side. she walks well on the leash and is housebroken. She was relinquished to some volunteers in Tijuana as her elderly owner could not take care of her anymore. She is in San Diego in foster and will be a great companion dog for someone.
