Ellie

My name is Ellie! I’m a sweet, smart and playful girl! I love cuddling, sitting by my person, and doing whatever my person is doing! I also love toys, bones, food, treats, playing, running and fetching! I’m pretty energetic at times and get REALLY excited to see my people when they come home. Sometimes it takes me about 5 minutes to calm down and regulate myself, but I will calm down! Although I am energetic and playful, I am actually really calm most of the time, and I like relaxing. I am potty trained and know some commands like: sit, stay, go, hand, & kiss. I know my name and definitely will come when called (even when on the other side of the house). I learn pretty quickly, as long as you give me a treat and praise. I am looking for a loving family or person who wants a really good companion. I need to be in a home with no other dogs and older kids though, because my excitement is difficult to control when the energy in the house is high or I am playing. Ellie is being fostered in Huntsville, AL. She is house trained, up to date on vaccines, spayed, and microchipped. Leashless Huntsville is also including 3 training sessions for her after adoption.
