Elmer was brought to our place by the Franklin County Dog Shelter. Poor Elmer could have been euthanized if he had stayed wherre he was. Elmer is a typical happy hound dog sniffing his way through life. What a friendly dog is Elmer, just satisfied with a bowl of food and an ocassional pat on the head. Elmer is 10 months old.
