Elmer is a great 3 year old dog with a lot of personality. He is a little shy around new people, but once he warms up to you, he has an infinite amount of love to give. He knows basic commands such as sit, stay, and shake, and he is incredibly food motivated. Once he knows you, he is very friendly and sweet, and he walks very nicely on a leash. He has been attending training class every Sunday, and he continues to develop new skills and gain confidence with each passing week. Elmer will thrive in a home with people who understand proper introductions and are willing to let him greet strangers at the pace he feels comfortable with.
