Elvis is an active fun loving little beagle mix. He and his 2 brothers were slated to be euthanized at a Southern shelter because there was no more room for incoming animals. He loves to play, but also readily accepts quiet time in his crate. He has an outgoing friendly personality and gets along with other friendly dogs. Beagle mixes usually go very well with children and are a great family dog. They should be kept on a leash or in a secure fenced yard as they are a type of hound and the scent of something interesting can lead them to wander. Elvis is about 6 months old and under 15 ilbs so he will be a small dog. He is already neutered, wormed, shots up to date, on heartworm preventative, frontlined and microchipped. His adoption fee is $375 which will help with his vetting and includes the $150 transport fee to CT. If you think Elvis is a good fit for your family then please request a pre-adoption questionnaire.
