* Emmy is available for the foster-to-adopt program * Hello, my name is Emmy! I would really love to come home with you. I was found wandering the streets as a stray a few months ago and was brought to the Humane Society to help me find my furrever home. I'm a very sweet girl who loves people! I became a staff favorite quickly as I love to cuddle and get good butt scratches. I do a little piggy snort when I'm excited.. everyone thinks it's so cute. I enjoy going out on walks or sniffing around in the yard until I find the perfect spot to sunbathe. I will say, I'm not the biggest fan of cats and am very picky with other dogs. If you do have another dog in the home, bring them up so we can meet and see if we can get along. I enjoy lounging in my very own comfy dog bed and I would love to have my own in my new home. I've done very well adjusting the shelters potty routine, so I shouldn't have any issues in your home.. just give me some time to adjust to a new environment. I'm already spayed, current on my vaccinations, and microchipped. Sadly, I did test positive for heartworms, but please don't let that stop you from adopting me, my heartworm treatment is completely covered through HSNT! I'll be waiting to meet you!!
