Eunice

Eunice is a special needs dog looking for a loving home! Eunice is about 6 years old and weighs 14lbs. This is Eunice and she’s a boot scootin little cuddle bug. She came to us injured, but you’d never know it because of how resilient she is! We’re not sure of her backstory but we know her legs are paralyzed. Because of this she wears diapers as she can’t control her bladder so she needs a home that can provide continuous care. Such as, diaper changes, hygienic baths so she doesn’t get a rash on her diapered area and assistance getting around when she’s not in her wheelchair (she can scoot around but sometimes this causes her diaper to come off). With the right hydrotherapy her chances are decent at being able to gain function of at least one of her back legs. She gets along with other dogs and children, however she needs a home with older children. We’re unsure if she’s cat friendly. Eunice is in a foster home, if you'd like to meet her contact us today so we can set up a meet! All adoption donations include rabies shot, spay/neuter, and core vaccinations. The shelter does not have cats, so we typically do not know how the dogs are with cats. All breeds are guesses.
