Meet Fernando! This little guy is so precious! He has the cutest little baby face and resembles a young puppy though he's 10 months old. Fernando came to us as a stray and sadly wasn't reclaimed by his family. Despite his rough start, he's a gentle and affectionate boy with a mild-mannered personality. The busy shelter environment can be a bit overwhelming for him, and he's still learning not to be scared of the leash. With some love, patience and coaxing he will master all the necessary doggy things in time. He loves treats which helps with training and building his confidence. Fernando is very underweight and needs a loving and patient family to help him become happy and healthy again. He's a bit unsure around other dogs at the moment, but once he puts some weight on and gets out of survival mode he may do much better.
